These launch prices hold for the first 60 days after launch, after which they rise to the regular rate shown alongside them. Whatever you pay is one-time. A licence bought at the launch price stays yours, and never expires or converts to a subscription.
How the team licenses work:you buy one license and install Vrge's server once, on a company machine or a small cloud server. Everyone else installs the normal Vrge app, points it at your server, and signs in with an invite. They never need a license key of their own, and everyone works from the same shared records. The number above counts people, including you. Each person can use Vrge on as many computers as they like.

How activation works
Team licenses activate once on your self-hosted server. Employees join by email invite. They never enter a key.

If you'd rather not juggle API keys, pay a flat monthly fee and we run the AI for you. Cancel anytime, no renewal. The app works just as well if you never subscribe.

Vrge Cloud Backup
Keep a copy of your records off your computer, so losing the laptop doesn't lose the business, and so moving to a new one takes minutes. Everything is encrypted before it leaves your machine: we hold the file, never the key, so we cannot read any of it.

Vrge Cloud Backup is optional. Automatic encrypted backups to a folder you choose (including your own Dropbox or iCloud folder) are built in and free forever. Sync adds hosting, not the ability to back up.
It backs up one computer; it doesn't keep two in step. If you work on a laptop and a desktop, Vrge Cloud Backup is how you move your records from one to the other: back up on the old machine, restore on the new one. It won't merge a day's work from both. If you need that, a Team license runs Vrge on a server you host.
Cloud Backup is for solo installs, and Vrge hides it in team mode. On a team server your records live in the server's database, so backing them up belongs there — one command on the machine running it, covered in the self-hosting guide. Hosted backup for team servers comes after launch.
If your subscription ends, everything already stored stays yours: you can still list it, download it and delete it. The monthly fee pays for hosting new backups, never for getting your own data back.
