Vrge

Integrations: what Vrge connects to

Vrge reads the tools you already use and proposes CRM records from them. Everything below is read-only and optional; the app works with none of it connected. Two integrations have a page of their own today. The rest are here in one line each.

Every source, by what it is

Calendar

  • Google CalendarRead-only events. Meetings with clients become proposed time entries and meeting notes; a new attendee from a business domain can become a proposed client.
  • Outlook CalendarRead-only events from Outlook or Microsoft 365, with the same proposals.
  • Calendar link (.ics or webcal)Paste a calendar address: Google Calendar’s secret address, a shared Apple calendar, any public .ics feed.
  • CalDAVNextcloud, iCloud, Fastmail and any other CalDAV server.

Files

  • Local folderPoint it at a client or project folder, including your Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox sync folder. Reads file names and paths, never what is inside a file, and proposes deliverables.

Money

  • PlaidBank and card accounts, read-only, no transfers. Deposits are matched to open invoices and card spend becomes proposed expenses. Plaid reads pass through Vrge’s relay in memory and are never stored. Connecting a bank this way needs an active licence; your own Plaid credentials and the CSV import below work without one.
  • StripePayments, refunds and payouts from your balance history, read-only. Matched to invoices by amount.
  • SquareSettled payments, read-only, with the buyer’s email when Square provides it, so payers match to clients.
  • CSV bank importA statement exported from your bank. The same matching, with no account connected.

Contacts

  • vCard file (.vcf)Your address book, exported from Google, Outlook, Apple or Fastmail. Teaches Vrge who is who; contacts never appear in the inbox.

What none of them can do

Every source is read-only. Vrge does not send email, change a calendar, move a file, touch a bank account, or write to your books. Gmail, Google Calendar and Outlook talk to their provider directly from your machine, and their tokens never leave it. Plaid, Stripe, Square and QuickBooks each require an app secret that cannot ship inside a desktop app, so their sign-in passes through a Vrge relay that stores nothing; Plaid’s reads pass through it too. The Trust Center has the full account.
