Getting Started Guide

Everything you need to get up and running with Vrge. Use the table of contents below to jump to a specific topic.

1. Getting Started

Purchase Solo ($79) or Team ($149) from getvrge.com/pricing
You'll receive a license key via email in the format: VRGE-SOLO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXX
In the app: go to Settings → License → Enter your key
Or click “Enter License Key” in the trial banner at the top of the app

All your data is stored locally on your computer — Vrge never sends your project data to any server
You are responsible for your own backups: Settings → Data Management → Download Backup
Export your data anytime as JSON from Settings

Vrge checks for updates automatically when you open the app
When an update is available, you'll see a notification in the bottom-right corner
Click “Install & Restart” to update, or “Later” to dismiss
Updates within your purchased version are always free
Major version upgrades (e.g., v1 → v2) may be a separate purchase with a loyalty discount

Team License Only

Premium Industry Templates ($29 each) — pre-built project setups for specific industries: marketing, web design, consulting, real estate, and production
White-Label Portal ($39) — customize your client portal with your own branding, colors, and logo
Purchase add-on keys at getvrge.com/addons
Activate in Settings → Add-ons → Enter the add-on key next to the feature

Share project progress with clients via a unique portal link
Clients can view project status, deliverables, and updates without needing the app
Generate portal links from any client's page

`Cmd/Ctrl` + `K`	Open command palette / search

More shortcuts are available inside the command palette. Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to explore all available actions.

Download Backup — saves all your data as a JSON file
Restore from Backup — replaces all current data with a backup file (cannot be undone)
Export Data— export specific data as JSON or CSV
Reset All Data — permanently deletes everything (cannot be undone)

All of these options are found in Settings → Data Management.

App won't open: Try reinstalling from getvrge.com
License key not working: Make sure you're entering the full key including dashes. Check for typos.
Trial expired: Purchase a license at getvrge.com/pricing
Data seems missing: Check if you're in the right mode (local vs. team)
Need help?: Email support@trdventures.net — we respond within 48–72 hours

“Is my data safe?”: Yes. It's stored locally on your device. We never see it.
“Can I use Vrge on multiple devices?”: Solo: up to 2 devices (one active at a time). Team: unlimited.
“What happens when my trial ends?”: You'll see an activation screen. Your data is safe — it's still on your device. Enter a license key to continue.
“Do I need internet to use Vrge?”: No. Vrge works fully offline. Internet is only needed for license activation and checking for updates.
“Can I get a refund?”: All sales are final for digital products. We recommend using the full 14-day trial before purchasing.
