App won't open
Try reinstalling from getvrge.com
License key not working
Make sure you're entering the full key including dashes. Check for typos.
Observer stopped proposing anything
Check the sidebar health dot. If yellow/red, open Settings → Sources and reconnect the affected source. If AI budget is exhausted, bump the daily cap in AI settings.
“Login failed” when connecting Gmail
Almost always one of three things. First, you used your regular Gmail password instead of the App Password — they're different. Generate a fresh one at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords. Second, 2-Step Verification wasn't actually on when you created the password — turn it on first, then create a new App Password. Third, if you're on Google Workspace, your admin may have App Passwords disabled at the org level (see the Workspace note in Connecting Sources).
“App passwords aren't available for your account”
You're on a Google Workspace account where the admin has turned off App Passwords for the whole organization. Ask your admin to re-enable it in Admin Console → Security → Authentication → 2-Step Verification → Allow users to turn on App Passwords.
Email stopped syncing after working for a while
Some providers rotate App Passwords automatically every few months. Generate a new one at the same URL you used before, then open Settings → Sources, disconnect the mailbox, and reconnect with the new password.
Data seems missing
Check if you're in the right mode (local vs. team)
