How proposals work

Proposals are grouped into bundles— one email announcing a new engagement might produce a single bundle containing a new client, project, 3 tasks, and a deliverable. Accept all or reject all — transactional.
Every card shows a confidence score(0.00–1.00) and a one-sentence explanation (“New client Acme Corp detected from brief@acme.com”).
Sit idle for 30 days and a proposal auto-archives (not deletes). You can retrieve it at any time.
Hit the Report bad proposal button on anything that's clearly wrong. The observer learns from rejections.

Every entity in Vrge carries a provenance badge that shows which source event, which extractor, which AI model, and what confidence created it. Manual entries are labeled manual.
Provenance is append-only. Deleting an entity does notdelete its origin record — we keep the history even after the entity is gone.

Every accepted AI proposal can be undone within 24 hours with one click. Rollback is transactional — the entire bundle reverts, or nothing does.
After 24 hours, the proposal becomes a normal entity that you can edit or delete in the usual way. The provenance record stays with it forever.
