White-Label Portal

White-Label Portal is an optional one-time add-on that replaces Vrge's branding on your client-facing portal with your own. Your clients see your logo, your brand colors, and your company name — not ours. The rest of Vrge works identically whether you activate it or not.

It costs $99 with a Team Starter licence and $199 with Team Studio, and is included at no charge with Team Agency. It is priced against the licence beneath it because it brands the portals you put in front of your own clients — worth more to an agency reselling Vrge under its own name than to a small studio.

The add-on is bought once and stays with your licence. Upgrading your team tier never re-charges you for it. There is nothing to cancel and no renewal.

If you just purchased

  1. Find your add-on key in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy.
  2. Open Vrge and go to Settings → Add-Ons. Paste the key in the White-Label Portal card and click Activate.
  3. The add-on unlocks Settings → Portal Branding. Upload your logo, pick your primary and accent brand colors, and set your company display name.
  4. A live preview shows exactly what your clients will see. Save, and the next client who opens a portal link sees your branding instantly. No redeploy, no cache flush.

What gets branded

  • Client portal pages: the pages your clients open via your portal links. Logo in the header, your colors on primary buttons and accents, your company name in the title bar.
  • Portal invitation pages: the first screen a client sees when they click a portal link you sent.
  • NOT Vrge itself: your own admin app stays branded as Vrge. The white-label affects only what your clients see.

Team mode

In team mode, White-Label is an org-level add-on. One activation by the admin applies to every team member's client portals. Employees don't activate their own copy; they simply see the branded portals your admin configured.

Deactivating

Since White-Label is a one-time purchase, there's nothing to cancel. If you ever want to revert to default Vrge branding on your client portals, go to Settings → Add-Ons and click Deactivate. Your add-on key stays valid forever. You can reactivate later from the same key if you change your mind.
